Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (available in select cities)
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above PKR 2,500: Free delivery
- Orders below PKR 2,500: A standard shipping fee of PKR 200 applies
- Express Delivery: Additional charges may apply
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for select locations. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
